We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below and follow the steps to start a return.
How to start a return

with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with an RMA and instructions.
Ship the item back using your own label or request our prepaid label (its cost will be deducted from your refund).
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Eligibility
Item is unused, in the original packaging with inserts/accessories and labels.
Request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges aren’t refundable. Duties/taxes paid to carriers or customs aren’t refundable.
Damages & incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund and cover the return label.
Exchanges
Place a new order and return the original after approval.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale/clearance items, gift cards, custom items, and used/worn textiles.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven’t received it 15 business days after approval, email contact@decorelhome.store.
EU customers
Orders shipped to the EU include a 14-day right of withdrawal. Items must be returned unused in original packaging; proof of purchase required.

1) Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Prefer a prepaid label? We can provide one and deduct the label cost from your refund. For damaged/incorrect items, we cover the label.

4) How quickly must I report damage?
Within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label.
5) When will I get my refund?
Within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.
6) Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Place a new order for the item you want; return the original once approved.
7) International returns and customs fees
Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes aren’t refundable. Return parcels must be marked “Return to sender – no commercial value.”
8) Packing fragile ceramics for return
Use the original box if possible. Wrap each piece in several layers of bubble wrap, fill voids with paper, keep 2 in / 5 cm clearance from box walls, and double-box for heavy planters/vases.
